CE Mark and EU MDR pathway design, Notified Body selection and submission management, technical documentation, and ISO 13485 quality systems. We take an existing FDA clearance or home-market approval and build the European regulatory route behind it, through to certification.
Reimbursement dossiers and HTA submissions
Dossier preparation and submission for G-BA in Germany, HAS in France, and NICE in the United Kingdom, with health economics modelling and pricing. We map the route to national reimbursement early enough to shape the launch.
Clinical evidence and hospital adoption
Clinical evaluation to MDCG and MEDDEV standards, real-world evidence planning, university hospital pilot partnerships, and decentralised clinical trial design. Pilots are structured to support both the reimbursement case and the first reference accounts.

We structure engagements so that a meaningful share of our compensation is tied to outcomes. This is not a discount. It is how operators price when they believe in the work.
Monthly Retainer
Covers core team capacity across all workstreams. Below market rate for this level of engagement.
Milestone Payments
Triggered by verified outcomes: regulatory submissions filed, hospital partnerships signed, commercial infrastructure delivered. Not activity milestones. Outcome milestones.
Success Fees
Percentage of commercial revenue generated through HealthSeed-sourced agreements. We only earn this when you earn revenue.
