We handle the qualification, scoping, pricing, and contracting, so you never have to sell. When an introduction becomes an engagement, you share in the result. The terms are straightforward, and we cover them during onboarding.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

All client contact runs through HealthSeed during an engagement. A 12-month non-solicitation applies on introduced clients. Pre-existing relationships are respected.

CONFIDENTIALITY

NDA mandatory. Client data, strategy, and methods stay confidential. Your own domain knowledge is never restricted.

QUALITY & CONDUCT

Deliverables meet HealthSeed standards. Disagreements are raised internally. Performance is scored after each project.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Disclose before accepting any assignment. HealthSeed decides whether it is manageable or disqualifying.
